The project proposes the construction of a library in a recently transformed urban context, inspired by the theme of the portal for architectural design. The building features a bridge structure to span over the nearby railway station, with an exterior facade made of steel and glass for transparency and connection with the surrounding environment. Internally, it offers multifunctional spaces such as a "biblio café," a library with ample reading and book storage areas, as well as rooms for cultural activities and coworking. The square below follows the portal theme, with terraces and flower beds integrated into the surrounding environment.
